Leadership Program
The program encourages participants to bring in sustainable business cases from their own organization and provides guidance for the possible implementation of solutions. The program consists of three parts during a 6 months period:
2. Intensive learning period: The second phase is a mutual learning journey to an emerging market. The participants collaborate with local young professionals on a business case, conducted by experienced learning facilitators. The objective is to develop an inclusive solution to the business challenge, learning from and with each other using the Earth Charter as an ethical framework for personal and organizational development. Working on the business case allows action learning to take place on leadership themes, which we will reflect upon on a daily base. 3. Implementation period: Based on lessons learned all participants work on a concrete, existing and relevant sustainability case from their own company. The implementation period will include group and individual reflection on personal and organizational transformation processes, and participants will present the results of the sustainability case at their company. Participants co-create the program with the New Earth Leaders team and there will be space to invite renowned guest speakers, deepen the focus of learning through additional training and co-create the business challenge. Alumni-network: Through our special web feature all participants can stay connected to fellow leaders to exchange experiences, best practices and lessons learned.
